Most of us struggle with prioritizing our self-care. That's why it's important to have a method to follow and a means of accountability. I guide caregivers who are experiencing burnout to help them form a system of self-care that they can incorporate into their life with ease. This personalized system works and reminds them of why, how and when to own their well-being so they have more harmony and balance in their lives.
In the middle of my caregiving journey, I found myself in burnout. I was searching for a practical and simple system that I could implement in my daily life to revitalize my own energy, be able to breathe, stop feeling guilty when I did self-care. I couldn’t find it, so I decided to invest in myself and create it for myself.
