Caregiving is hard and now with COVID-19 we feel extra pressure to make sure our loved ones stay well. We live in a world where it seems as though it's difficult caring for yourself and caring for your loved ones. You have a job. You are the driver to medical appointments. The cook. The cleaner. The groceries (wo)man. The feeder. The caregiver and all of this keeps pressing and makes you want to hide in the closet or sit down and cry.

From my heart, I want you to feel and know this: 

You can learn how to live a balanced life while taking care of your loved ones...You can learn how and when to breathe so you can stay in your power and harmony while taking care of your loved ones...even if you feel like you are trapped, alone, and there is no way out!
