You're Always Doing Things For Other People.
It's Time You Did Something For YOU.

Dear Caregiver,

Does just reading the above create feelings of guilt?

Does being a caregiver feel like you have to drain yourself to give to others?

I know EXACTLY how you feel.

If you’re not a caregiver, you don’t understand the labor of love that is caregiving.

That feeling of duty mixed with the unending exhaustion.

The fact that instead of feeling proud of helping, we often feel ashamed.

My name is Meriam and I’m a full-time caregiver to both my husband and brother, I know exactly the type of struggles you’re likely dealing with.

Beyond the obligation, there’s a deep, buried sense that you’ve forgotten yourself.

This manifests in many ways:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Inability to sleep

  • Resentment

  • Feeling alone, or closed off from the world

  • A loss of privacy and “me” time

  • Feeling like you’re missing out on life

  • Guilt

  • Shame

  • Chronic pain arising from any of the above

  • And much, much more.

  • How to keep giving quality care without forgetting yourself!

You’re an empath, and a kind one at that.

You’ve sacrificed far more than was asked of you.

But don’t forget that you are important.

    You deserve fulfillment and fun.

You aren’t trapped – and it’s possible to provide amazing care to your loved one without sacrificing yourself entirely.

This is a truth that took me far too long to realize.

If you had asked me 20 years ago if it was possible to live a balanced life while caring for others, I would have said NO WAY!

I had to learn my lessons the hard way and I had to make many difficult decisions. But the end result I enjoy today is my own reduced stress, and better yet, I’ve learned to let go of the guilt and shame that comes with putting myself first when I deserve it.

I created a simple strategy that I use in my daily life so that I can be a productive and loving caregiver while also taking responsibility for my own well-being.

My life experiences shaped me into the woman I am today: a caregiver who lives in peace and harmony while caring for her family.

And I'm going to show you how to achieve the same result.

You are worthy of a wonderful life!

I remember early on in my caregiving career, I had a “me or them” mentality.

I felt disgusted when I even attempted to have fun and do something outside caregiving… which completely ruined any activity I was attempting.

    Then the blame set in.

And my very existence became an ongoing hardship and the light started to drain from my life.

    Something had to change.

That’s why I decided to invest in myself and pull myself out of a dark place called burnout.

I built this course from my own ideas, successes, failures, and hard-won best practices of how to live an empowered, fulfilled, happy life.

This course very well could mean the difference for you.

I was in the exact same position as you, and I know how strained things can be.

So take this opportunity to pull yourself up, improve your life, and set course for a sunnier, more uplifting daily existence – as a caregiver and beyond.

Now you have 3 (and only 3) choices.

I have to tell you that one of these 3 scenarios will play out, no matter what.

It’s up to you to decide which path you choose:

    Scenario 1:

Just keep doing what you’re doing. Decide that you don’t need this program at all and you’ll manage your own way. If you like doing things the hard way, and want to read books, self-soothe, and self-medicate (not recommended) then I wish you all the best. I personally believe that this is a destructive path for you and those around you, and I truly want to help you, but I can only provide help to those willing to take it.

    Scenario 2:

Stop being a caregiver. This sounds crazy, but for many, the pressure is too monumental and the juice is not worth the squeeze in the long run. If you’re like me, this just isn’t an option. I care too much and love too deeply. That’s why there’s…

    Scenario 3:

Take the path of least resistance and take my help. I’ve been down this road as a caregiver, and I’ve personally coached 100+ others on how to proceed while not just surviving, but actually having a life worth living.

Click below and let me help you empower yourself.

    This is your new beginning!

Take the time to focus on yourself, and watch as your life and the lives of those you care about turn out to be all the better for it.

You are worthy, you are deserving, and you need to attend to yourself if you’re going to attend to others.

    Let’s do this.

    Warm regards,

    Meriam Boldewijn
